"Its time..... I'm going to lose weight and it starts now. I can't fit into my jeans... there too tight."
Of course most of us have been here.... We tell ourselves and others that we are going to lose the weight, no more eating out and no more this and that. Some of us actually do it; while others struggle with this. It's not that they don't truly want to lose the weight, it's just hard. In today's world we are all faced with challenges of our own. We have that one craving that always breaks us. It takes us a few times to really focus on what we want.
Like for me.... I have tried the diet thing more times than I can count. However, there was a point back in 2009 where I finally put things in to action. I cut out all soda products, ate smaller portions, and I worked out 2-3 times a week if not more. I lost 50 pounds within 6 months by doing this. I was so proud of my accomplishments. But of course through the years I lost the motivation to continue. Well, I wouldn't say the motivation.... just the lack of actually counting the calories and continuing my workouts. In 2012, I had to have surgery on my knee due to a softball size tumor that had grown. By the blessing of God, it was non-cancerous. However, I was not able to workout and was in bed for a few weeks with minimal movement and no workouts at all for a few months. With that being said, this led me to gaining more weight than I should have.
Now, that is the past for me and I don't want to look back at it. I want to look to see what my future holds. So, with that being said, I am starting over. I have been on my diet now for a full week and have not touched a soda product nor have I made bad choices in eating. The workouts are starting back up and I have even found ways to make it more interesting.... Adding fun to your workout is always good. So with that I will leave you with one recommendation to check out. And you can do this in the privacy of your own HOME... No worries about being in front of someone.... So sorry ladies that excuse won't work anymore. :)
