So, today is June 16, 2014 and Billy, Susan and I just
received or e-mail that stated our impressions made it back to the clinic and
they are working on creating them. We should receive them within 3-7 business
days. We received the impressions kit on June 12th and mailed them
off the next day. So with that being said, I am very pleased to see how fast
Smile Brilliant works as this is another sign of impressive customer service. I
have to say I haven’t seen a company with great customer service in a long
time. However, when I came across Smile Brilliant I went to do some research on
their site. They had a message box pop up letting me know a customer service
representative was there if I had any questions. In the process I did speak to
them to find out more information and they were very helpful and nice. I then
spoke to Mike with the company and he also helped me in the process of my
order. I am VERY pleased with the company from the start.
Moving forward, the night we took our kits out and created
our impressions. It was an interesting task in itself. Billy did great with his
impressions as it took him one try on both top and bottom trays. I also had
luck on my side with only doing the impressions once. However, Susan …. Not so
much. It wasn’t that it was hard or that she messed them up horribly, she was
trying to be too perfect LOL. Needless to say, we finally all finished the
impressions, filled out our information card and once we let them set and
harden we placed them in the enclosed envelope to mail back.
The great thing about the company is that they are saving
you so much money and giving you a quality teeth cleaning that you would
receive from the dentist office home whitening kits. At the dentist you are
looking at a $600+ cost for teeth whitening trays and you have to schedule an
appointment, go in have them clean your teeth, create your impressions and then
wait to receive your trays. With Smile Brilliant it only costs $129. No dentist
appointments needed, brush and floss your teeth, take your impressions, mail
them back to the company and then wait to receive your trays. How simple is
that and how amazing is the price? The kits are the exact same…. So now you
really know where the majority of your money goes for teeth whitening trays
from your dentist.

Picture One - The Packaging:
The packaging of your impression kit is so sleek and beautiful. If you have seen their packaging in the past it was a black little envelope. Now its a cute little box which holds all your supplies neatly in their own little compartments.
Picture Two - The Inside Packaging:
The inside packaging shows the separate compartments which hold each piece. Behind the products, you can see all the paperwork which includes instructions on how to create your molds and the index card that you fill out with all your information to send back with your impressions.
Picture Three - Whitening Gel:
The teeth whitening gel is 22% Carbamide Peroxide which is a dentist quality teeth whitening gel.
